Trained technical personnel on site to brief installers, verify openings and fixings, resolve issues and support sign-off. Right product. Right place. Right first time.
Our on-site technical support gives your team practical, hands-on help during installation. As the manufacturer, we send trained personnel to site to brief installers, check openings and substrates, verify that installations match the tested construction and provide the records needed for Building Control and handover. It's a direct link between the people who build the product and the people fitting it — eliminating guesswork and reducing the risk of non-compliant installations. This service works alongside our Technical Support for specification and documentation, and our Design Services for bespoke requirements.
We are the manufacturer. We do not sell direct to end users. Supply is through our trusted distribution partners.
Before work starts, we brief your site team on product handling, fixing requirements and installation sequences. Clear guidance up front means fewer issues during the install.
We verify openings, substrates, fixings and tolerances before panels go in. Metal stud, blockwork, concrete — we check that the prepared opening matches what the product was tested against.
Once installed, we verify the work matches the tested construction and the design intent. This is the check that gives you confidence at sign-off — not just that it looks right, but that it performs as certified.
When something doesn't fit or an unexpected detail emerges, we resolve it on the spot with a clear action list. If design changes are needed, we link straight back to our technical and design teams.
Photo records, checklists, installation notes and quality inspection records — documented and ready for Building Control and project handover.
For new teams or large programmes, we provide training sessions covering product handling, installation methods and compliance requirements.
Alignment with Part B and the tested construction. We verify that fire-rated installations meet the specific test evidence and will perform as certified.
Checks on metal stud, blockwork and concrete substrates. Fixing patterns, clearances and tolerances confirmed against the tested specification.
Where panels and doors meet ceilings, risers and protected corridors, we check the detail. These junctions are where compliance issues most commonly arise.
Lock and security options for maintenance access, restricted areas and high-traffic environments. We advise on the right hardware for the application.
Guidance for O&M manuals covering operation, maintenance and long-term care of installed products.

We schedule the visit around your programme and confirm who's attending, what they'll cover and what your team should have ready.
Our technical personnel attend site, carry out the agreed scope and resolve any issues directly with your team. If design input is needed, we link back to our technical and design teams immediately.
After the visit, you receive photo records, completed checklists, installation notes and any follow-up actions — ready for your handover pack.
