The brief

The Municipal Hotel is a sensitive conversion of a Grade II* listed civic landmark into a luxury hotel. The project required service access solutions across guest room bathroom suites that would remain discreet within tiled finishes, while staying robust and practical for long-term maintenance.

Installation and delivery
