117 people across four sites in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. From the factory floor to the boardroom, every person at Rapid Access plays a part in delivering the UK's most trusted access solutions. Here is who we are.
The Rapid Access team is a 117-strong group of manufacturing specialists, product designers, technical engineers, sales professionals, and operations staff based across four facilities in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Founded in 2008 with 18 employees, the team designs, manufactures, tests, and delivers fire-rated access panels, riser doors, loft hatches, and meter overboxes for the UK construction industry, supporting projects from hospitals and schools to landmark developments like The Shard and Battersea Power Station.
Behind every access panel, riser door, and loft hatch is a team of people who take pride in what they make. Our manufacturing team runs precision CNC equipment and hand-assembles products to exacting standards. Our design engineers develop bespoke solutions for complex projects. Our technical team provides specification advice to architects, contractors, and Building Control officers across the UK.
What makes us different is not just the products we make, it is the people who make them. We invest in training, development, and creating an environment where people stay and grow. Many of our team have been with us for years, building expertise that benefits every project we work on.
