Where is Rapid Access based?
Rapid Access Ltd is headquartered in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, in the heart of the Midlands. The company operates three sites across the Nuneaton area: the original head office and manufacturing plant at Lauren House, a second manufacturing plant at Secton Court in Attleborough, and a third manufacturing plant with dedicated warehouse at Centrovell Industrial Estate. Our central UK location provides efficient distribution coverage nationwide, with products dispatched directly or through our network of distribution partners.

Where it all started in 2008. Lauren House is our head office and original manufacturing facility. Home to our sales, technical, design, and operations teams alongside production capability. This is the centre of operations for the entire Rapid Access group.

Our newest manufacturing facility combined with dedicated warehousing and dispatch operations. This site manages stock holding of popular sizes and specifications, production capacity for continued growth, and delivery logistics coordination across the UK.

All three sites operate within our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified management systems, ensuring consistent quality, environmental responsibility, and safety standards across every location. With 117 employees across the group, the close proximity of our sites means teams collaborate daily and products move efficiently between manufacturing, quality inspection, and dispatch.

Getting Here
Nuneaton is centrally located in the UK with excellent road and rail connections:
- By road: Just off the A444, with easy access to the M6 (Junction 3), M69, and A5. Approximately 20 minutes from Coventry, 30 minutes from Birmingham, and 40 minutes from Leicester.
- By rail: Nuneaton station is served by West Midlands Railway and CrossCountry, with direct services from London Euston (approximately 1 hour), Birmingham New Street (25 minutes), and Leicester (30 minutes).
- Parking: On-site visitor parking available at Lauren House.
Nationwide Coverage Through Our Network
Our central Midlands location puts us within efficient delivery range of the entire UK. Products are dispatched directly from our facilities or through our distribution network, including Exitile, Palco, and FlipFix partners holding stock across the country.
Whether you are in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, or anywhere in between, our distribution network ensures products reach site on time. For large projects, we coordinate phased call-offs and multi-site delivery programmes through your distributor.

We welcome visits from architects, contractors, specifiers, and anyone who wants to see how our products are made. A factory visit gives you the chance to see our manufacturing process, meet the technical team, and discuss your project requirements face to face.
