Our Teams
Manufacturing & Production
The people who make the product. CNC operators, fabricators, assemblers, quality inspectors, and production managers. Working with steel, operating modern machinery, and maintaining the quality standards that our ISO certifications demand.
Design & Engineering
Product designers and technical engineers who develop new products, create bespoke solutions, and work with architects and specifiers to solve complex access problems. The team behind innovations like RapidFit and FlipFix.
Technical Support
The front line for specification advice, compliance guidance, and project support. Working directly with architects, contractors, and Building Control to ensure the right product is specified and installed correctly.
Sales & Business Development
Building relationships with contractors, distributors, merchants, and specifiers. Managing key accounts, developing new markets, and representing the Rapid Access group across the UK.
Operations & Logistics
Keeping everything moving: procurement, stock management, dispatch, and delivery coordination across four sites. Making sure products get to site on time, every time.
Marketing & Digital
Driving brand awareness, managing digital presence, creating technical content, and supporting the sales team with the tools and materials they need.
